Your website is created! Looks great! Now what? Too often when a small-sized company or an individual creates a website for their business, they get caught up in the moment of having a great looking website. But if no one is finding or visiting your website, what good is it?

There are many types of ways to develop traffic to your website. Website traffic can be generated through advertising, email blasts, leads, organic searches, pay-per-click searches, or through natural word-of-mouth communication.
No matter the mechanism you use to drive traffic to your website, it needs to be incorporated into your website planning along with design and development.
There is an old saying that goes: if a tree falls in the forest and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound? The same could hold true for your website: if you create a website, but no one knows to go visit it, does it really exist?
